Summary: This is an old hotel that has great charm, however we found the beds lumpy and too firm. We had booked too rooms ( at the same price) but they were very different…. One was very small and stuffy. The staff was able to move us to a slightly larger room with more light. Loved having the tea kettle but each dsy had to ask for a cup.

Summary: Staff was very professional, courteous, helpful and accommodating to me. I had a very late check-in and the hotel staff communicated well, which made the process seamless. The room was clean and there was a nice breakfast. Only a 9 min walk from Chur train station.

Summary: Lovely hotel. Centrally located. Small room but very comfortable. Lovely and comprehensive breakfast. Very helpful staff especially Mr Reda who checked me in late at night.

Summary: Beautiful hotel in the heart of Old Town Chur. Our room was newly renovated and was very comfortable. It was spacious enough to accommodate a family of four. We loved it!

Summary: Very charming room, stayed 2 nights (got in late on first night). Despite asking early the next day, we were unable to get a dinner reservation for the hotel’s restaurant for that evening, a little surprising. Nor were we offered any help in choosing an alternative - and there were very few options. Perfect location for Christmas Markets.
